Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with clear photos. Our support team will review the issue and, whenever possible, provide a suitable solution quickly. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received or the claim has been verified.

Please note:

  • Beauty and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotional events are non-returnable.

Returning an Item

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or colour, or request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Before sending anything back, please contact our customer support team. As we work with multiple fulfilment centres, we first need to confirm the correct return location for your order.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Email us at info@diveire.com to request return instructions.
  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging whenever possible.
  3. Include your order number or a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.
  4. Send the package using a tracked shipping service and keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.

Once your return has arrived and has been inspected, we will either arrange your exchange or issue your refund.

Please note: Our suppliers operate from Asia. Depending on your order, you may be instructed to return your item to one of our supplier facilities.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@diveire.com.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed are eligible for a full refund. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead be returned after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is incorrect or faulty.

The time required to receive an exchanged item depends on your location and the shipping carrier.

For your protection, we strongly recommend returning parcels using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
